We are looking for a Senior Java Engineer based in Europe to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Resolve bugs to enhance system reliability and performance.
• Suggest and implement improvements to optimize processes and efficiency.
• Deliver clean, maintainable code adhering to industry best practices.
• Provide mentorship to junior developers, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale data ingestion, storage, and access for new product launches.

Main Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience, with the ability to code, lead, understand complex systems, and mentor others.
• Strong proficiency in Java.
• Familiarity with Spring Boot framework.
• Experience with distributed systems is a must.
• Excellent communication skills and capability to collaborate effectively.

Good to have:

• Familiarity with Scala.
• Experience with Kafka.
• Kotlin, Systems Design.
