We are looking for a proactive and technically strong Automation QA Engineer to join the technical team of our Client from the USA and take full ownership of the automation testing process across several products.
Project: A leading real estate company with a great history providing expert advice on buying, selling, and renting properties – from country homes to city center offices, agricultural land to new-build developments. The dynamic team focuses on driving innovation across internal systems and client-facing solutions, leveraging modern technologies, data visualization, and analytics platforms.
The candidate will be responsible for building a test automation framework from scratch, defining best practices, and driving QA strategy, especially for a Salesforce-based platform with heavy customization. The person should be comfortable working in distributed teams, collaborating with US stakeholders, and contributing across the entire test lifecycle, from planning to reporting and maintenance.

Experience / Skills required:

• 5+ years of experience in QA automation roles
• Proven experience building automation frameworks from scratch
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce test automation (Apex knowledge is a plus)
• Strong hands-on expertise in Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools
• Proficient in programming languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Python
• Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts and integration tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
• Experience testing RESTful APIs (Postman, RestAssured, etc.)
• Comfortable with Git, test reporting tools, and test management platforms (e.g., Allure, TestRail)
• Comfortable contributing to test strategy and automation architecture
• Upper-Intermediate English and better

Good to have:

• Experience testing applications built with .NET and React
• Familiarity with Salesforce testing strategies, tools (like Provar, Testim, or Copado Robotic Testing)
• Knowledge of contract testing (e.g., Pact) and performance testing tools

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain scalable test automation frameworks from scratch for web applications
• Focus primarily on the Salesforce-based product, developing robust end-to-end UI/API test coverage
• Collaborate with DevOps to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines
• Define test strategy, automation coverage, and QA metrics for regression and feature testing
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders (including C-level) to ensure quality and alignment with business needs
• Support and possibly contribute to the test automation of other non-Salesforce products
• Participate in code reviews, maintain test documentation, and proactively suggest process improvements
• Work independently and within distributed international teams, with a focus on clear communication and initiative
