Your responsibilities:

• Drive full lifecycle recruiting by using multiple sourcing methods to identify and engage high quality candidates through job boards, social media, networking events and industry connections.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies and build a pipeline of talent for future needs.
• Own your hiring processes and ensure a consistent pipeline of candidates across multiple hiring funnels globally.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience and cultural fit, and make accountable hiring decisions with all stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted recruitment partner to VPs/Heads of Departments, able to provide expert advice but also challenge the business on certain ideas.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and provide guidance and training on recruitment and selection best practices.
• Analyze recruiting metrics to refine strategies and improve overall recruiting effectiveness.
• Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and risks.
• Provide training and mentoring to junior recruiters, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the Talent Acquisition team.

Our expectations:

• 5+ years of experience in IT full-cycle recruiting, preferably within a global environment.
• Proven track of record of building talent pipelines for Senior and Leadership roles.
• A strong ability to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit, conducting effective interviews and making informed hiring decisions.
• A track record of decision-making based on data and insights, refining processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Proficiency with ATS, social media, and professional networks.
• Strong knowledge of the global IT market and emerging trends, enabling effective talent acquisition strategies in a rapidly evolving industry.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering top-tier talent.
• Collaborative and a team player who fosters a culture of continuous improvement.
• Fluency in English at a minimum of B2 level.
