Your responsibilities:
- Drive full lifecycle recruiting by using multiple sourcing methods to identify and engage high quality candidates through job boards, social media, networking events and industry connections.
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies and build a pipeline of talent for future needs.
- Own your hiring processes and ensure a consistent pipeline of candidates across multiple hiring funnels globally.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience and cultural fit, and make accountable hiring decisions with all stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted recruitment partner to VPs/Heads of Departments, able to provide expert advice but also challenge the business on certain ideas.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and provide guidance and training on recruitment and selection best practices.
- Analyze recruiting metrics to refine strategies and improve overall recruiting effectiveness.
- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and risks.
- Provide training and mentoring to junior recruiters, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the Talent Acquisition team.
Our expectations:
- 5+ years of experience in IT full-cycle recruiting, preferably within a global environment.
- Proven track of record of building talent pipelines for Senior and Leadership roles.
- A strong ability to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit, conducting effective interviews and making informed hiring decisions.
- A track record of decision-making based on data and insights, refining processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Proficiency with ATS, social media, and professional networks.
- Strong knowledge of the global IT market and emerging trends, enabling effective talent acquisition strategies in a rapidly evolving industry.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering top-tier talent.
- Collaborative and a team player who fosters a culture of continuous improvement.
- Fluency in English at a minimum of B2 level.
