Lionwood.software is looking for a creative and proactive SMM specialist to manage the company's social media and the "Education and Technology" project. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a content strategy, creating texts, photos, and videos, monitoring trends, and introducing creative solutions to increase reach and engage the audience.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to create content that evokes emotions and intrigues.
• Skill in identifying trends and turning them into great content.
• A sense of style and understanding of how to create content that people want to watch and discuss.
• Skills in effective coordination between different teams.
• Managing Lionwood.software and "Education and Technology" social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Developing and implementing a content strategy in line with the company’s goals.
• Confident skills in photography, video shooting, and editing.
• Preparing content with photos and videos.
• Finding creative solutions to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Monitoring competitors and trends, adapting the best ideas for our projects.
• Creating content: texts, visuals, live content from company events.
• Setting tasks (briefs) for the content and design teams and monitoring execution.
• Organizing and conducting contests, promotions, and activities to engage the audience.
• Analyzing the effectiveness of SMM campaigns, preparing reports with insights and recommendations.

Required skills and experience:

• Experience required: Minimum 1 year in SMM (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Social media understanding: Knowledge of platform principles, algorithms, and marketing tools.
• Content creation: Ability to create texts, photos, and videos, adapting them to platform formats.
• Languages: Proficient in Ukrainian and English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher).
• Trend integration: Suggest new content formats, considering current social media trends.
• Personal qualities: Creativity, initiative, self-organization, flexibility.
• Portfolio: Required for consideration.
• Location: Office work in Lviv.
