Key Responsibilities:

• You will develop and implement the company’s social media presence strategy.
• You will plan and launch advertising campaigns in collaboration with a Digital Marketer.
• You will work on ideas and hypotheses for engaging the target audience and increasing brand awareness.
• You will interact with the audience to boost engagement, responding to questions, comments, and feedback on social media, as well as conducting surveys.
• You will analyze the effectiveness of social media campaigns, tracking audience engagement, conversions, and other metrics.
• You will manage the Mascot page within the platform, planning and drafting posts, generating images, and publishing content.
• You will compile reports on performance results.

Desired Experience:

• You have at least 2 years of experience in SMM.
• You possess a deep understanding of the functionalities and specifics of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, X, and YouTube.
• Your English proficiency is at least B1.
• You have strong analytical skills, enabling you to analyze data, conduct research, and compile reports.
• You thrive in multitasking environments and can efficiently manage various responsibilities simultaneously.
• You excel in team collaboration, able to interact effectively with your team and coordinate work with contractors.

Key Skills:

• You can create and optimize company profiles across social media platforms.
• You are capable of planning and publishing content, developing a content schedule, and preparing briefs for posts (text, images, videos, etc.).
• You actively track trends and test hypotheses related to audience interactions, engaging them in meaningful communication.
