Responsibilities

  • Support marketing operations at Alcor and work with the Marketing Manager.
  • Coordinate the work of developers, designers and content creators.
  • Manage marketing projects, including website management, PR, branding and analytics.
  • Conduct market research and analyze marketing metrics to optimize strategies.
  • Collaborate with freelancers and agencies to improve marketing efforts.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher level of English (strong written and spoken skills).
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and content marketing.
  • Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Experience in product marketing (will be a plus).

Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting trusted relationships with US and European portfolio of clients.
  • Operating as the lead point of contact for all customer matters representing their interests and ensuring WOW service provision, including signing Agreements and discussing terms of cooperation, legal onboarding/ offboarding of contractors and employees, payroll administering, coordinating hardware purchase and delivery process, office/ coworking rental, medical insurance provision, preparing financial reports & budgets, IT market overview.
  • Coordinating cross-department cooperation for solving client requests.
  • Participation in internal company activities (preparing pre-sale materials, budgets, presentations, letters, cooperation with 3rd party providers, etc.)

Requirements

  • Has 1+ years of experience (will be a plus in positions such as Client Manager, Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, Project Manager, or others related to cooperation with clients).
  • Customer-oriented. Able to identify and effectively meet customer needs, exceed customer expectations, and provide WOW service.
  • Upper-Intermediate level of written and spoken English.
  • Analytical mind and experience in making calculations and data analytics in Excel.
  • Quick learner. There will be a lot of new information and non-regular requests to work with.
  • Result-oriented and striving for ongoing professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Creation of a strong network and pipeline of potential candidates.
  • Working closely as an Account Manager with clients to better understand their hiring needs, culture, and values.
  • Starting a project from scratch and building hiring processes.
  • Managing full-cycle recruitment processes: searching, interviewing, and selecting exceptional talent, keeping candidates in the loop at every stage, providing feedback, job offer negotiation, and closing technical vacancies.
  • Cooperation with the Alcor Team of IT Researchers.
  • Highlight issues during the hiring process, create an improvement action plan, and vacancy promotion on the IT market.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of IT recruiting experience in Ukraine.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Strong client focus with the ability to build effective sourcing strategies and trustful relationships, supporting them in executing ambitious growth plans.
  • Experience closing senior-level candidates and negotiating offer terms.
  • Privious experience in mentoring or managing a team.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
