Platform designed to conveniently book maintenance or repair appointments for BMW, Honda, and Ford cars. Applying airline industry revenue management techniques, it efficiently organizes price service requests to maximize profit.
The platform enables users to manage the following activities:
- fill in less popular appointment slots by providing incentives and discounts;
- manage all service locations from one centralized place;
- use smart reporting and analytics to improve pricing margins and schedule a time to check in with customers and offer all available services efficiently.

We are looking for a Desktop Publishing Engineer to join our talented team. The DTP Engineer position requires extreme attention to detail to ensure 100% accuracy and overall quality for each task.
Project Description:
The end customer is the European leader in professional translations and is one of the most dynamic businesses in the industry.

Main responsibilities:
- Execute typesetting, files formatting on multilingual files to ensure that localized documentation matches the source one. Verify that the documents meet customers’ acceptance criteria.
- Implement linguistic and formatting changes to the documentation as required by a customer's localization process.
- Perform Desktop Publishing on a variety of packages as required by customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in source/target such as fonts, artwork or other depictions, graphs, tables, videos, etc., and determine the best course of action.
- Re-create files from scratch as per customer requirements. Create source templates for further localization.
- Provide technical production support for recording of product videos.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure project goals are met and schedule is adhered.
Main requirements:
- English level (Upper-Intermediate).
- Understanding of documentation localization process.
- Good knowledge of MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and basic skills with such DTP tools as Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop (Competency with audio/video/subtitles editing or Flash/ActionScript would be a plus).
- Knowledge of Desktop Publishing and typography rules, acceptance criteria.
- Figma as a plus.

We are searching for French-speaking Project Managers (Project Management in TRANSLATION Industry) for the French office to join our talented team!
Main responsibilities:
- Management of translation orders according to customer requirements and group standards.
- Close collaboration with customers, teams, account managers and translators/linguists.
- Process improvement and linguistic quality optimization.
- Organization and monitoring of overall workflow and timelines for translation, revision, review, and other linguistic services.
- Monitoring of Service Delivery related KPIs, e.g. adherence to deadlines, vendor costs, in-house costs, productivity, volume per service and per language combination, number of complaints.
- Client relationship management and ownership of customer satisfaction.
- Spoken and written communication to be carried out in French.
Main requirements:
- University Degree in translation, management, business administration language/communication studies, or equivalent;
- Excellent knowledge of French. English would be a plus;
- 1 year+ of working experience in project management, business administration, customer service or in similar roles, preferably in a Language Service Provider company;
- Experience in successfully managing customer relationships, including complaints;
- Excellent communication skills. At ease working remotely (by phone, web meetings, etc.);
- Ability to prioritize tasks and workload, able to work in a changing environment;
- Pro-active, detail-oriented, highly organized, able to work to tight deadlines and calm under pressure;
- Excellent computer literacy including advanced Microsoft Office skills;
- Previous use of CAT tools, including Trados Studio, XBench, or other industry-specific applications will be considered a plus but not required.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving new sales and achieving sales goals for the Business Process Outsourcing business unit at devabit. The ideal candidate must have BPO/KPO experience, with a proven track record of selling to enterprise technology companies, understanding their needs, particularly in selling BPO solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Building and executing a predictable pipeline of new business to generate repeatable and profitable revenues.
- Execute go-to market plans via targeted campaigns and various other sales channels.
- Manage the opportunity from sales pursuit to close using deep sales process and offering expertise.
- Effectively identify and translate client needs into the company service offerings. Develop an understanding of customers’ business needs, matching them with the company capabilities, and developing winning proposals for the company.
- Develop relationships with key buyers and decision-makers at new and or existing clients to protect and grow the business.
- Bring an understanding of the BPO marketplace and competitor offerings to drive the company’s growth strategy.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication: written and oral and interpersonal skills;
- Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision making abilities;
- Upper-intermediate (B2) or Advanced level of English (C1);
- Commercial awareness and excellent networking across the industry;
- More than 4 years of previous work experience in a Sales for BPO;
- Pro-active and self-motivated;
- Assertiveness and resilience;
- Strong Prospecting Skills.
