Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise:
    • 6+ years of experience in backend development.
    • Extensive experience with .NET Core/Framework and distributed systems.
    • Strong understanding of Azure services (e.g., App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Kubernetes).
    • Hands-on experience with Cosmos DB, Redis, and Dapr.
    • Proficiency in SQL and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, Azure Cosmos DB).
  • Workflow Patterns:
    • Proficiency in implementing the saga pattern for distributed transactions.
  • DevOps and CI/CD:
    • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
    • Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., NUnit) and version control systems (Git).
  • Leadership Skills
    • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate within a team.
  • Problem-Solving & Communication
    • Strong analytical and debugging skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
    • A proactive approach with the ability to work independently in a remote-first environment

Functions:

  • System Design & Development: Architect and develop backend systems using .NET technologies on Azure, leveraging Cosmos DB, Redis, and Dapr.
  • Saga Pattern Implementation: Implement and maintain complex workflows using the saga pattern to ensure consistency across distributed systems.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of backend developers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Performance Optimization: Ensure system scalability, reliability, and performance, addressing bottlenecks proactively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Applications, DevOps, and Product, to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Code Quality: Enforce best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Innovation: Stay updated on new technologies and methodologies to keep our infrastructure cutting-edge.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience;
  • Passion for art and Gaming;
  • Relevant and consistent portfolio;
  • Flexible artistic style, capable of being creative in a requested style;
  • Independence and versatility (characters design, game elements, environment) extraordinary design and composition abilities;
  • Practical skills and expertise in Adobe Suite (Photoshop is mandatory);
  • Organized person, capable of coping with bold objectives and being creative in strict deadlines Fast learner;
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic team;

Desirable requirements:

  • Knowledge of Classical art techniques;
  • 2D Animation (spine animation, frame animation, particles animation etc..);
  • 3D Modelling, experience in sculpting and texturing (both low and high poly).

Functions:

  • Creates illustrations, characters, game elements and environment, collaborating with the design team, based on the specifications given by the Game Producer and Art Director;
  • Designs all the elements in a game;
  • Makes sure that all the graphic elements have a uniform appearance, in accordance with the predetermined style of the game;
  • Collaborates with the team in order to achieve the requests above.

Requirements

  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Hands-on experience preparing proposals, SoWs, or RFP responses
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and technical terminology
  • Previous experience in pre-sales, sales support, business analysis, or similar role
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Hands-on experience with lead qualification is a strong plus

Functions

  • Collaborate with sales managers to understand client needs and opportunities
  • Qualify incoming leads and assess project fit with our capabilities
  • Prepare well-structured, clear, and compelling client proposals and presentations
  • Draft and maintain Statements of Work (SoWs), proposals, and RFP responses
  • Coordinate with technical teams to gather input for effort estimates and scopes
  • Organize and facilitate internal handoff and kick-off meetings
  • Maintain and improve templates, sales documentation, and proposal standards
  • Ensure a smooth flow of information between sales and delivery units
