Gameloft is looking for a talented and skilled Lead 3D Animator, who will play a key role in the animation team.
Your expertise in game development and the animation pipeline will enable you to collaborate effectively with the game designers, art director, and motion design team to create a unique and captivating experience for our users.
Passionate about mentoring others to further develop their artistic and technical skill sets and are excited about managing, leading, and continuing to grow a world-class character art team.

About you:

  • Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills.
  • A demonstrable commitment to creative collaboration within a team and with other departments.
  • Strong professional experience in animation.
  • Deep understanding of animation principles and the best way to employ these.
  • Excellent knowledge of human/creature anatomy and motion.
  • Experience with Biped, Cat and Custom rigs.
  • A mastery with various animation styles, realistic and stylized in both 3D and 2D a plus.
  • Experience in 3dsMax is essential.
  • Passion for videogames and animations!

Will be a plus:

  • Experience in motion capture data files.
  • Experience in MotionBuilder.
  • Data experience working with animations in most popular game engines.
  • Experience in Flash and 2D animation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of 3D animators, helping them grow both artistically and technically.
  • Define, maintain, and evolve the animation style in line with the creative direction of the game.
  • Collaborate closely with the art director, game designers, and tech teams to ensure animations integrate seamlessly into the gameplay experience.
  • Provide feedback and reviews on animations, ensuring consistency, quality, and technical accuracy.
  • Contribute to pipeline and workflow improvements, supporting team efficiency and scalability.
  • Assist in planning, scoping, and prioritizing animation tasks to meet production deadlines.
  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews for animation team members.

We are looking for creative and impassioned 2D Artist Middle level or higher. As a part of a cross-specialization team you will be involved in the exciting process of game development and evolution, concept art and asset creation.
Directions of professional activity: 2D generalist (concept art, promo art, casual style)

About you:

  • Superior eye for light, value, color and composition;
  • Solid knowledge of concept art and design principles;
  • Good knowledge of casual/cartoonish art style and ability to work with it;
  • Willingness to use 3D tools (as a minimum: 3d blocking at concept stage);
  • Creativity, ability both to provide and realize original and fresh ideas;
  • Flexibility (personal & professional);
  • Willingness to work as a part of team (feedbacks, collaboration, deadlines);
  • Passion for mobile video games.

Will be a plus:

  • Advanced knowledge of 3D;

Responsibilities:

  • Creating concept art of props, environment, isometric buildings and decor;
  • Creation of icons, currencies and other UI assets;

We are seeking a talented 3D Props Artist to join our team and contribute to the enchanting world of Disney Dreamlight Valley. In this role, you will design and create high-quality stylized props and environmental assets that capture the magic, whimsy, and charm of Disney's beloved universe. Your creations will play a vital role in building a visually stunning and immersive game experience for players.

About you:

  • Strong understanding of Disney-inspired or similar stylized aesthetics, including shape language, composition, and color theory;
  • Expertise in both hard-surface and organic modeling techniques;
  • Proficiency in tools such as Maya, Blender, 3DS Max, ZBrush, and texture/material authoring software like Substance Painter, Designer, and Photoshop;
  • Solid knowledge of PBR workflows and material creation;
  • Familiarity with integrating assets into game engines (Unity experience preferred);
  • Ability to adapt to established art styles and maintain consistency across assets;
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet project deadlines;
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Unity integration and troubleshooting asset performance;
  • Passion for stylized art and the ability to push creative boundaries while staying true to established visual direction;
  • Interest or experience with Disney-inspired themes or fantasy settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and model stylized 3D props and environmental assets (furniture, decorative items, tools, and magical artifacts) using advanced techniques for hard-surface and organic modeling;
  • Collaborate with Concept Artists and Art Directors to ensure assets align with the game's visual style and Disney’s iconic aesthetic;
  • Implement assets into the Unity game engine, ensuring optimization and technical quality for real-time performance;
  • Troubleshoot asset-related issues, responding to feedback to meet both technical and creative standards;
  • Assist in refining and documenting art pipelines and workflows for consistency and efficiency;
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and techniques to bring innovation to the asset creation process.

This is a position requiring a mix of strong economy and marketing knowledge with a passion for analytical game design and the emerging free-to-play business model.

About you:

  • Strong sensitivity to gameplay and game design, understanding how to build needs and emotions in the context of a game;
  • Strong econometrics skills;
  • Statistic knowledge, able to formulate ratios and indexes specific to each game, identifying specific weaknesses and strengths in its economy design;

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Economics or BA, preferably specialized in Marketing or Strategic direction;

  • Deep, up-to-date knowledge of the free-to-play market, both web-based and on smartphones;
  • Passion for games on all existing formats;
  • Fluent written and spoken English, concise writing skills, full working proficiency Ukrainian.

Responsibilities:

  • Defining the virtual products and their statistics with the development team;
  • Identifying the potential sale drivers for the different product categories in the game economy, defining the key points of exposure for those drivers;
  • Balancing the needs for those virtual products, their relation, life cycle, and their streams of availability;
  • Regularly provide user feedback and stat/price point tuning to development team based on play-testing, both during game development and post-release;
  • Analyze the evolution of the metrics you defined to spot both monetization bottlenecks and facilitators.
