We’re seeking a proficient Ruby Software Engineer with experience in team leadership. Perfect candidate will have a strong technical foundation in Ruby and Ruby on Rails, leadership capabilities to mentor and guide the team, and a proactive approach to collaborating with project managers in monitoring project advancement.
What You’ll Do:
- Design, develop and further support applications created by the company.
- Identify and resolve various of technical issues.
- Work closely with project managers to monitor project timelines, track task progression, and address any obstacles that may arise.
- Oversee the Ruby development team, pull requests review.
- Mentor and provide technical support to team members to help them implement strong coding solutions.
What We Expect:
- Minimum of 4-5 years of professional experience working with Ruby and Ruby on Rails. Experience with other programming languages like Python and Rust will be viewed favourably.
- Strong understanding of the framework and its surrounding ecosystem.
- At least 2 years of experience with PostgreSQL and message queue platforms.
- Ability to design and manage database schemas and incorporate asynchronous messaging into applications.
- Proficiency in Docker, knowledge of Kubernetes is a valuable asset.
- Strong background in Git and a demonstrated history of maintaining code quality through thorough pull request reviews.
- Proven leadership experience in guiding development teams, with a track record of mentoring team members and cultivating a team-oriented work environment.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Will be a plus:
- Understanding of machine learning algorithms and LLMs.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools for automating testing and deployment processes.
- Experience with front-end technologies.
- Knowledge and experience with Terraform.

We are in search of a dedicated Backend Developer with a strong Java background to contribute to the backend development of our cutting-edge messaging CPaaS platform. The successful candidate will be instrumental in building server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. What you’ll do:
- Develop and maintain the server-side logic of our messaging CPaaS platform using Java.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Collaborate with the team to define, design, and ship new features.
- Implement security and data protection measures.
- Design and implement data storage solutions.
- Provide code documentation and other inputs to technical documents.
- Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
What we expect:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Backend Developer with a strong focus on Java.
- Proficiency in Java programming language and understanding of JVM-based frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Hibernate).
- Experience with RESTful API development.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and deploying applications in a cloud environment.
- Knowledge of database technologies, both SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team as a key player in managing and optimizing our growing infrastructure. You will own the entire DevOps lifecycle, from designing scalable infrastructure to implementing automation for improved efficiency, reliability, and security. You will also ensure compliance with the stringent standards required by our parent company’s ISO certifications.
What you’ll do:
- Design, implement, and manage AWS infrastructure, leading the phase-out of our current Digital Ocean environment.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and other tools.
- Optimize our cloud infrastructure to ensure reliability, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
- Implement and maintain security best practices, including compliance with ISO certifications for Security (ISO 27001), Privacy (ISO 27701), and Business Continuity (ISO 22301).
- Work closely with the CTO to define the roadmap for infrastructure improvements and help guide the company through rapid scaling.
- Automate routine tasks to enhance developer productivity and minimize manual intervention.
- Monitor system performance using tools like DataDog and Honeybadger, identifying bottlenecks and ensuring high availability.
- Collaborate across teams to understand deployment needs and optimize release processes.
What we expect:
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced startup environment.
- Knowledge and experience with Terraform and Ansible
- Strong expertise with AWS cloud services, Docker, and CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions.
- Experience managing infrastructure in a security-conscious environment, preferably with ISO or similar certifications.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as DataDog, logging tools like Honeybadger, and security tools such as Haltdos WAF and Cloudflare.
- Ability to work independently while also being highly collaborative within a remote team setting, with the capability to interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Adaptability, problem-solving, and an automation mindset – ideally with a track record of introducing improvements that deliver practical results for the business.
- Knowledge of AI-related infrastructure, including services like OpenAI, Claude, and Mistral will be considered a plus.
