The demand for Microsoft solutions and Innoware services is constantly increasing, in particular in Ukraine due to the business need to abandon 1C and other russian systems. Therefore, we are currently expanding our Sales Team and inviting an experienced specialist to the position of Sales Manager.
What you’ll work with:
- Sell Microsoft IT solutions for business – implementation, support services + licenses for ERP and CRM systems of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem. These are complex solutions for automating business processes that are among the most popular in the world!
- Your main geography of leads: Ukraine and the EU.
Key tasks and activities:
- Working with leads, conducting negotiations. Processing incoming leads, qualifying leads, identifying customer needs.
- Guiding potential clients on their way from the first communication to contract signing; organizing and coordinating meetings, conducting negotiations. Presentations, demonstrations.
- Documentary support. Preparing commercial offers, contracts, other documents related to the sales process. Preparing documents for participation in tenders.
- Establishing and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Organizing cooperation with other Microsoft partners for joint project work – search, negotiations, support of cooperation. Participating in cooperation with Microsoft.
- Strategic and analytical work. Participating in preparation of sales and marketing strategies. Market analysis and search for opportunities to sell the company’s services.
Qualification:
- At least 1 year of successful sales experience in an IT or technology company (ERP, CRM, cloud solutions, SaaS, Telecom, IoT, etc.).
- Will be an advantage: experience in sales of ERP or CRM implementation services (any vendor – Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Salesforce, Terrasoft, 1C, etc.)
- Sales experience in EU countries and/or in the UK, USA.
- Deep understanding of business needs for IT solutions, their types and purpose.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Knowledge of languages: English – Upper Intermediate or higher (including spoken), fluency in Ukrainian.
- University degree.
- Soft skills: energy, activity; interest in the services we provide; strong communication skills; ability to build long-term client relationships.

Thus, currently we are expanding our project team and inviting candidates for a position of Developer for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC/NAV).
General information:
You may have different experience and grade – Junior, Middle or Senior. But most important is your desire to deepen your knowledge in developing in BC, and we will definitely help you with this!
We offer full-time as well as part-time/freelance cooperation depending on your availability.
Projects: you will participate in external implementation, upgrade and support projects for Innoware customers that operate in various business fields. Geography: mainly Ukraine and EU.
Main stack: D365 Business Central, Visual Studio Code, C/AL, Microsoft Azure DevOps, Microsoft 365, GIT.
Key tasks:
- Developing new functionalities within D365 Business Central.
- Interacting with consultants regarding project tasks.
- Finding the best algorithms for specific requirements realization.
- Solution testing.
- Code reimplementation, code refactoring.
- Code quality control.
- Estimating time needed for modification.
- Optimizing existing custom functionality.
- GoLive and post implementation support.
Additionally, in the future (or now if you’ve got such experience):
- Integration of BC/NAV with other solutions and applications.
- Upgrades of Microsoft Dynamics NAV to D365 Business Central.
- Data migration.
- Conducting development training.
Qualification:
- 1+ year of experience in D365 Business Central and/or NAV programming (AL, C/AL).
- Junior, Middle or Senior level for full-time contract, and Middle or Senior – for freelance cooperation.
- Knowledge of SQL.
- Experience in projects of ERP system implementation.
- Experience of technical documentation creation.
- Ability to understand requirements and project documentation.
- University degree in IT, computer science, cybernetics or mathematics.
- Microsoft Certification will be an advantage.
- Intermediate/B1 English (writing, reading), fluent Ukrainian.

Responsibility areas:
- Quality and timeliness of technical part of the projects’ implementation.
- Your own professional growth.
- Participation in increasing the D365 Business Central development team.
Key functions:
- Distributing tasks between D365 Business Central developers, managing development processes in Azure DevOps, version control.
- Managing repositories, databases, environments, instances, creating technical documentation.
- Development quality control, code review.
- Architecture development, R&D, finding the best algorithms for implementation of modifications.
- Individual development tasks, including new non-standard functionalities; testing, data migration, integration.
- Estimating time required for modifications.
- Mentoring the development team.
- Conducting technical interviews with potential candidates when expanding the development team.
Qualification:
- 5+ years of programming experience in D365 Business Central and Dynamics NAV (AL, C/AL).
- Experience in performing tasks within the implementation of D365 Business Central, including searching for the best algorithms, developing new functionalities, solution testing, data migration, integration.
- Experience in mentoring developers.
- English knowledge at the Intermediate level or higher, fluency in Ukrainian.

- Experience in implementing or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and SCM or previous versions (F&O/FO, AX). Understanding the stages of ERP system implementation project.
- Experience in conducting demonstrations and presentations.
- Language skills: fluency in Ukrainian, knowledge of English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
- Nice to have: project management experience or desire to develop in this direction (PM).
- Systematic, focus on results and high quality of work.
- Openness, strong communication skills, ability to work in a team.
