Necessary skills and qualifications

• An upper-intermediate level of English
• Minimum 1 year of prior experience in customer service
• Proven work experience as a Support Representative will be a plus
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
• Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (e.g., Salesforce)
• Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues using provided tools
• Ask customers pointed questions to understand the root of the problem quickly
• Talk clients through a series of actions via phone until they solve an issue
• Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g., Tier 2, manager, etc.)
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers and log cases in Salesforce
• Refer to the internal knowledge base, logs, and external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
• Ensure all issues are properly logged
• Respond to customer queries promptly
• Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or imitating users’ behavior)
• Update our internal knowledge base with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
• Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
• Gather customer feedback and document it using company tools
• Follow a fixed work schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (Wednesday and Thursday are days off), 9 hours per day (1 hour break included) 11:00 - 20:00

The client is a 130-year-old business and an eCommerce pioneer in Germany. The company produces and sells collectibles (ancient and modern coins, etc.) and various goods made of gold and silver.

Necessary skills and qualifications

• Configuration experience and deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA ECC FICO module
• Experience at least in 1 full-cycle of S4 HANA implementation at FICO Consultant position
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA implementation methodologies and best practices
• Experience in configuration of FI-GL, FI-AA, CO, CO-PA, EC-PCA, CO-PC-ACT on S/4HANA
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration tools
• Deep knowledge of Order-to-Cash process on S/4HANA and ECC
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience with collecting user requirements, ability to analyze them, and offer best practice solutions; strong and proven experience working with end users
• SAP S/4HANA workshops arrangement, handling, and management
• SAP ECC to S/4HANA Master data transformation and migration experience
• Extensive experience developing and presenting functional documentation
• University degree in IT or finance field
• Good team player approach
• English (Upper-Intermediate) or German (Intermediate)

Will be a plus

• Experience with eCommerce solutions integrated with SAP S/4HANA
• SD/MM experience

Necessary skills and qualifications:

• Master's or bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field;
• Knowledge of PHP;
• Understanding of OOP/OOD and their implementation in PHP;
• Experience with Git;
• Knowledge of relational DBMS/SQL;
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS;
• At least Intermediate level of English (good writing and speaking skills);
• Engineering mindset and good skills in: Research (acquaintance with the principles of how search systems work), Problem solving, Analysis & decision making.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with Drupal or Laravel/Symfony;
• Experience with non-relational DBMS;
• Experience with Composer (or other package managers);
• Basic DevOps knowledge/server administration skills;
• Knowledge of local development.
