As an Account Manager, you will help us build strong relationships with our clients, work on their satisfaction, and drive our business growth. - Client relationship management: build and maintain strong relationships with clients so that all their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Onboarding and support: guide new clients through onboarding for a smooth transition into our services.
- Account growth: identify opportunities to expand partnerships with existing clients.
- Performance monitoring: track key performance metrics and client satisfaction, taking proactive measures to address any concerns.
- Collaboration with internal teams: work closely with recruitment, HR, and marketing teams to deliver top-tier service and ensure client success.
- Contract renewals and upselling: assist in contract negotiations, renewals, and upselling of additional services.
- Problem-solving: act as the primary contact for client concerns and resolve their issues.
What makes you a great fit
- Experience: 2+ years in account management, customer success, or a related field, ideally in IT services or staff augmentation companies.
- Communication skills: exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
- Client-centric: a strong ability to build trust, listen, and develop solutions based on client needs.
- Sales mindset: experience with upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals is a big advantage.
- Analytical thinking: ability to track key metrics, assess client satisfaction, and recommend improvements.
- Proactive & self-driven: a hands-on professional who takes initiative and thrives in a dynamic environment.
