We are looking for an experienced Business Development (IT Sales) specialist to join the Business Development team, which currently consists of 6 experienced Business Development Specialists. Your working focus will be on EU and Nordic countries.

What You Need For This Position:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales or customer research (experience in outsourcing companies is preferable).
• Written and spoken English at an Upper-Intermediate level.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to plan and organize work effectively.
• Knowledge of the IT industry and the ability to quickly learn new terminology and concepts.
• Ability to understand complex business requirements and systems.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Collaborate closely with our Business Development Managers to execute the company’s sales strategy.
• Actively search for and engage potential clients through various channels such as LinkedIn and Sales Navigator.
• Mostly work with cold leads (80% cold/20% warm leads).
• Prepare sales proposals and presentations for potential customers, and participate in contract signing and preparation.
• Document and analyze all activities using the company’s CRM, PipeDrive.
• Visit our clients during business trips.
