This vacancy is for a Game Designer position at Education Studios. We are a RULIAD company developing an educational platform that blurs the lines between gaming and learning. Players will explore key discoveries in human history, from the taming of fire to modern AI.

Key Responsibilities:

• You'll design gameplay systems and mechanics.
• You'll create project documentation.
• You'll balance the in-game economy.
• You'll analyze player data to find areas for improvement.
• You'll research and improve UX.
• You'll work with the team to make the game.
• You'll make sure the game is ready.

Desired Experience:

• You've spent at least three years as a Game Designer.
• You've worked on Platformers, Adventure games, RPGs, and Online games.
• You're comfortable with the game development cycle.
• You understand how game mechanics interact and impact development.
• You know how to use A/B testing and data to improve games.
• You can make changes to game balance based on analytics.

Key Skills:

• You can create comprehensive project documentation to guide the game development process
• You know how to design gameplay systems, mechanics, and core loops.
• You can balance in-game economies.
• You can analyze player data and use it to improve games.
• You explain things clearly and get everyone on the same page.
• You work well with teams.
• You speak English fluently.
