Due to rapid growth, we are looking for a Growth Manager who will ensure that our (international) sales channels are used even better and are quickly expanded at home and abroad.

This is you:
A commercial creative who loves to come up with new ideas to win more customers for Aimy. Someone who is enthusiastic, with a hands-on mentality, who not only wants to come up with ideas, but also likes to help put them into practice.

Profile of candidate:

• Completed WO/HBO education.
• 1-3 years of work experience is a plus, but definitely not a must.
• You are eager to learn and pick up things quickly.
• You are proactive and come up with inventive ideas yourself to generate new customers.
• A creative mindset with an eye for commerce.
• Experience and affinity with social media is a strong advantage.

Job description and duties:

• You will have a challenging position at the intersection of sales and marketing, where you will be directly responsible for developing and expanding new and existing sales channels.
• Fun and varied work such as developing new marketing campaigns, giving digital demos to new clients, and setting up joint sales campaigns with our international sales partners.
• You will have a lot of freedom to think about improvements to better deploy new sales channels and set up new marketing campaigns.
• You will work closely with the founders and have many opportunities to develop yourself.
• Many growth opportunities in an international scale-up.
