Hygge Software is seeking an experienced Middle Project Manager with a strong technical background to lead multiple technical projects across logistics, education, and finance domains.
We are looking for a proactive leader who can ensure timely delivery, manage stakeholder expectations, and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of project management experience with a strong technical foundation.
• Proven experience managing projects in at least two of the following domains: logistics, education, finance.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project, and version control tools like Git.
• Understanding of AI/ML technologies, especially in logistics, education, or finance contexts.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward successful outcomes.
• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Client-focused approach to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining transparent and continuous communication.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams of developers, engineers, designers, and analysts to ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and technical documentation.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively to avoid project delays or budget overruns.
• Implement best practices for project delivery and continuous process improvement.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget, aligning with business objectives.
• Ensure deliverables meet defined quality standards and client expectations.
