What you will do:
- Act as the day-to-day Project Manager for 4 - 7 active projects; exhibiting senior-level ownership over all project scopes/plans, client meetings, written status updates, demos, risk management and iterative scope / expectation management.

Boon Band is currently seeking an Agile Scrum Project Manager with Jira experience to join our dynamic and innovative team. If you have a strong background in project management, a deep understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies, and extensive experience with Jira, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects using Agile Scrum methodologies and oversee all aspects of project execution to ensure timely completion within budget.
- Leverage Jira to track project progress, manage backlogs, handle user stories, and provide detailed reports.
- Facilitate all Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, potential risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Lead and coach the team on Agile Scrum practices and promote an environment of continuous improvement.
- Communicate project status, issues, and successes to stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams, senior management, and clients to ensure alignment of project objectives.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience as an Agile Project Manager, with a proven track record of successfully implementing software development projects using Agile methodologies.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification. (would be an advantage)
- Strong knowledge of Jira for managing Agile projects.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong understanding of complex concepts related to software development.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience working with remote teams.
- Prior experience in a web development environment.

Your tasks in Project Manager position:
- Determine and define project scope and objectives.
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.
