We’re looking for a Project Manager to join a team working on an educational game for children. The role starts as part-time (80 hours/month for 3 months), with a strong possibility to transition to full-time if there’s mutual interest and opportunity.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in project management within the game development industry.
• Familiarity with game development processes, pipelines, and industry best practices.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to project changes.
• Experience working with project documentation and reports (Google Docs, etc.).
• Proficiency in organizing and managing tasks in JIRA or similar project management tools.
• Experience working with remote teams.
• English – Upper Intermediate or higher.

Nice to have:

• Passion for gaming and understanding of player expectations.
• Interest in educational games and children’s content.

• Manage a well-structured, clearly scoped project for an educational game.
• Oversee and coordinate the team, ensuring alignment with project goals and priorities.
• Maintain timelines and ensure smooth, timely delivery of all milestones.
• Proactively identify risks, provide mitigation strategies, and manage process dependencies.
• Identify risks, mitigate potential issues, and manage dependencies.
• Keep documentation updated and communicate progress to all stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, delivering clear updates and solutions.
• Optimize workflows and enhance team efficiency.
