We’re opening the position of a Project Manager with Business Analysis skills to join the team developing product features for a Client in the Supply Chain domain. These solutions include business planning & execution, process automation, and optimization. You will join an existing initiative focused on developing a service that analyzes datasets to exclude, rearrange, or allocate data according to specific business needs. The service is being built as an independent component so it can be used by multiple teams across the organization.​

Responsibilities:

• Own scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk for digital products
• Elicit and document clear, testable business and system requirements (BRD, user stories, acceptance criteria)
• Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to define current and target state processes (As-Is / To-Be)
• Collaborate with the team to ensure functional specifications are understood and feasible
• Manage the product backlog and ensure continuous grooming and prioritization
• Keep the team and business stakeholders aligned through roadmaps, demos, and data-driven status reports
• Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities, and foster a high CSAT
• Lead staffing, onboarding, performance, and salary reviews, and foster a high eSAT
• Tailor and scale Scrum or Kanban processes
• Facilitate ceremonies, improve team velocity, and drive transparency with KPI dashboards (velocity, burndown, defect rate)
• Conduct impact analyses and proactively manage technical, financial, and resource-related risks across multiple streams
• Forecast and track budget, margin, and delivery health
• Deliver C-level reports with insights on progress, blockers, and strategic alignment

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in software project management and/or business analysis
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), and requirement lifecycle
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into functional product increments
• Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart, or similar ones
• Ability to manage project budget, scope, and delivery performance
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• English level – Upper-Intermediate or higher, with strong written and verbal skills
