Що необхідно буде робити:

• Вести комунікацію з клієнтами, а також обробляти усі запити від клієнтів: дзвінки, чати, пошта.
• Формувати задачі на технічних спеціалістів виходячи із запитів клієнтів, а також із власного аналізу результатів по проекту. Контролювати виконання задач.
• Формувати рахунки на оплату в CRM-системі для відправки клієнтам. Контроль отримання своєчасних платежів від клієнтів.
• Перевіряти та презентувати звітність клієнтам.
• Вести журнал по клієнтам, заповнювати важливу інформацію по клієнтам в СRM-системі.

Вимоги:

• Досвід роботи з клієнтами від 2 років в якості менеджера з продажів або менеджера по роботі с клієнтами.
• Розмовний рівень англійської Upper-Intermediate (B2) і вище.
• Вільне володіння українською.
• Знання техніки ведення переговорів, обробки заперечень. Досвід ефективної комунікації з клієнтами.
• Відповідальність та вміння планувати власну роботу.
• Бажання працювати з актуальними тенденціями, які пов’язані з інтернет-технологіями.

Як Project Manager (SEO), ти будеш:

• Вести кілька проєктів одночасно, з перспективою керувати до 15 проєктів у процесі розвитку на цій посаді;
• Працювати за методологією Scrum;
• Планувати бюджет проєктів разом із командою;
• Контролювати виконання KPI;
• Організовувати командну роботу разом з менеджментом компанії;
• Працювати з Worksection та контролювати використання цього інструменту командою;
• Допомагати в запуску проєктів, визначення цілей і метрик разом із клієнтом;
• Моніторити баланс бюджету кожного проєкту;
• Контролювати строки виконання завдань і документації проєктів;
• Складати та перевіряти щомісячні детальні звіти;
• Аналізувати ключові метрики для клієнтських сайтів (індексація, покази, трафік, позиції, динаміка лінків).

You will be possess overall responsibility for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control, and completion of projects according to the agreed scope, time, cost, and quality criteria.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project development from initiation to closure, within budget, timeline, and quality standards. This involves leading the product development team on the projects that typically last 2-3 years;
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects, ensuring smooth progress and addressing challenges;
• Plan and manage project timelines and milestones, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and objectives are met;
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure steady progress.
• Manage a web development team of backend and frontend developers, a designer, and a QA engineer. Effectively plan and manage the allocation of team members' time on projects.
• Manage stakeholder communication throughout the lifecycle of website development projects.
• Ensure that the project's deliverables meet the defined quality standards and stakeholders' expectations.

Required skills:

• Experience/strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban;
• Solid understanding of the SDLC;
