Areas of Responsibility:

• Processes and Tools improvement (Process descriptions and mentoring, create templates, checklists, reports, best practices).
• Presale support (Review contracts, risks, estimates).
• Facilitate daily standups/planning/grooming/project kick-off/retrospective meetings.
• Monitor and manage the progress of multiple projects.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time and of high quality.
• Escalation management (Resolution planning, meetings).
• Client satisfaction and maintaining good relationships with them.

Personality & Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in Software Project Management (IT);
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree;
• ERP Experience (NAV/Axapta/1C/SAP) mandatory;
• Technical background with NAV/BC will be a plus;
• Proven experience of successful process transformation and improvements;
• Knowledge of Kanban and Scrum methodologies;
• Knowledge of various PMs tools and related software;
• People management skills;
• Problem-solving skills, analytical skills, accepting challenges;
• Good English (business spoken/written English);
• Having Agile methodology in mind, ready for changes;
• Communication skills - being active in Teams/Skype, quick reaction, regular status updates;
• Understanding of IT processes and development phases (lifecycle);
• Negotiator - not saying yes to everything, but always putting arguments on the table;
• Experience in direct communication with foreign clients.

As a Project Manager, your teamwork and communication skills are essential. You will oversee our agency-client relationships, work in collaboration with your team’s strategist to build strategies to suit each client’s needs. Our Project Manager specialize in Project Management and Client and Team Relations and have a working knowledge of Growth & Conversion Strategy, Reporting & Analytics, Customer Journey and Segmentation. Responsibilities:

• Leader of the Project Team: Execute & deliver the project initiatives, ensuring that tasks are completed on time, within profitability, and meets quality standards within the timeline and scope.
• Client Relations: Nurture client relationships, be the first to identify problems and proactively act to resolve them. Ensures client satisfaction and project retention.
• Strategic Alignment & Planning: leads strategic initiatives & objectives with the project team.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 1-year experience in email marketing (Klaviyo experience is a plus!). You must have experience creating email marketing strategies and be comfortable working in Klaviyo. You should be someone who loves testing and using data to develop your strategy.
• Fluent in English with Excellent Communication Skills: Since you will have weekly calls with American clients, you should be fluent in English. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are also crucial.
• Time Management:You’ll be expected to manage your work schedule and the schedules of team members operating across many different time zones. Working early in EST hours may be required. You’ll need terrific time management skills to hit deadlines and deliver excellent results.
• Communication Skills: Our Project Managers are great notetakers and comfortable conversationalists that intuitively understand how to best communicate with clients. Whether you’re writing a quick email or hopping on an hour-long call, you should be able to get your point across quickly and clearly.
• Marketing or Sales Experience: Our Project Managers are the face of Flowium, and we want our clients to know they are in good hands. Experience with working in a sales or marketing environment is important when not only dealing with an array of people but the implementation of new ideas as well.

• Managing eCommerce projects according to the standard SDLC (initiating, planning, executing and controlling, closing).
