We’re opening the position of a Middle Project Manager to work with our Client – a big US cloud services provider company specialized in enterprise cloud, on-premises data management, and data integration products.
Their iPaaS platform is among the leaders of the market. Our team is helping to develop one of the iPaaS products that provides service development and orchestration capabilities for enterprise customers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage several projects simultaneously
• Define and control project scope, budget, and timeline during SDLC (Scrum implementation)
• Manage the Customer’s expectations, preparing well-structured emails, meeting minutes, and weekly reports
• Handle all incoming and outgoing project documentation
• Track Customer’s satisfaction, secure business growth opportunities, and initiate new projects
• Identify and report potential issues and risks to Technical Leader, Delivery Manager, and Account Manager
• Coordinate staffing with Delivery Manager
• Perform people management tasks
• Work on reporting and accounting (finance management)

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of project management experience
• Project management expertise and experience in running several projects simultaneously
• IT industry awareness
• Ability to set up and execute Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
• Strong leadership, decision-making, organizational, and time-management skills
• Problem-solving and negotiation expertise, with strong presentation skills
• Self-motivation, self-development, criticism, and emotional intelligence
• People-management skills: team development, delegation, conflict management, motivation, and coaching
• English level – Upper-Intermediate or higher
