We are seeking a skilled and proactive QA Engineer to join our team. This role involves ensuring the quality and functionality of web and mobile applications tailored to various clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in software testing, excellent analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Perform functional testing for web and mobile/tablet applications.
• Conduct API testing using tools like Postman.
• Validate QR reader functionality for mobile/tablet users.
• Write and maintain test documentation, including RTMs, checklists, test cases, and bug reports.
• Collaborate with the development and product teams to ensure a seamless testing process.
• Utilize developer tools (e.g., Chrome DevTools) for troubleshooting and testing purposes.
• Manage and organize testing efforts using Test Management tools.
• Suggest improvements to testing processes and the overall product.

Requirements:

• Deep understanding of software testing processes and lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of functional testing and its subtypes.
• Familiarity with testing methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
• Experience in task estimation and prioritization.
• Proficiency in REST API concepts and API testing.
• Knowledge of databases and SQL syntax.
• Proven experience in writing comprehensive test documentation.
• Proficiency in using Test Management tools.
• Proactive in identifying potential issues and offering solutions.
