What You Will Do:

• Product Management: Develop and implement strategies for growing the Royalty platform that align with the needs of creators, fans, the crypto community, and investors. Manage and prioritize the product backlog to deliver key features such as revenue tokenization and income distribution via smart contracts.
• Business Development: Actively seek new opportunities to expand the Royalty ecosystem through partnerships with blockchain and DeFi projects and within the YouTube creator space. Develop strategies to attract new creators, investors, and strategic partners, including pitching and negotiating collaboration terms. Represent Royalty and AIR at events for creators and within the crypto community.
• Sales: Collaborate with other departments to build a sales system, negotiate with key creators, and close partnership deals. Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract creators and their fans to the platform.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes. Use these insights to shape the product roadmap and adjust business strategies accordingly.
• Requirement Definition: Lead discovery sessions, gather and document product requirements, and prioritize features enabling creators to monetize their content through tokens and crypto assets while providing investors with new opportunities in the creator economy.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, engineering, and design teams to align product goals and the company’s business strategy. Collaborate with product managers from other services to enhance the creator ecosystem.
• Reporting and Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and user satisfaction metrics. Provide regular updates to leadership on product progress and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a tech company, with a preference for experience in blockchain or DeFi sectors.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience in Scrum or Kanban environments.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams, including technical specialists.
• Analytical mindset with a strong ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in English (C1+ level).
