What You Will Do:

• Project management, coordination of all project participants to create an effective workflow that is comfortable for all stakeholders.
• Planning and managing project scope, budget, resources, risks.
• Active monitoring of the project and its key performance indicators.
• Regular weekly/monthly reporting to client and company management on status, metrics and risks.
• Ability to anticipate potential issues based on available project data and identified risks, proactively prevent problems.
• Onboarding new team members, tracking team workload, productivity, efficiency.
• Facilitating daily standups.
• Maintaining centralized documentation like project plan, requirements, issues log etc.
• Tracking time spent by team members, ensuring timely timesheet submissions.
• Conducting regular weekly check-ins with the team.

Your Knowledge and Skills:

• 3+ years experience managing eCommerce/SaaS/Web projects;
• Experience with Magento, Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms;
• Understanding of web development processes, ability to grasp technical concepts;
• Excellent planning, time management, and organization skills;
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written;
• Background in requirements analysis, business analysis a plus;
• Skilled in project documentation like project plans, statements of work, risk charts, status reports;
• Resource management skills;
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
