Tulip Tech is a Dutch manufacturer of cutting-edge, high-performance batteries for drones. Our batteries enable flight distances up to 30–100% longer than standard alternatives—an innovation that’s proving to be a true game changer on the battlefield. Tulip’s batteries are used by a large variety of Ukrainian military units, as well as the top tier UAV companies.

Together we’re on a mission to increase European security by extending the fl ight time of UAVs. We take a tailored approach to the Ukrainian market to support Ukraine’s fight for independence.

Your Mission

We’re growing fast (from 10 to 40 FTE in 2025), with active operations in Ukraine, the Netherlands, across Europe and USA. Now, we’re looking for someone to help scale up our impact in Ukraine further.

You’ll play a key role in expanding our presence in Ukraine, supporting the development of local partnerships and driving the sales of our advanced drone batteries.

What You’ll Do

• Research target markets and generate leads (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM)
• Own the pipeline: prospecting, outreach, negotiation, closing
• Use CRM tools (we use Hubspot) to track opportunities
• Prepare proposals and presentations (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Represent Tulip Tech at demos, meetings, and events
• Spot inefficiencies and help improve how we run sales

What You Bring

• Fluency in Ukrainian and English
• Strong interest in sales and business development (sales experience is a plus)
• Technical mindset or background (experience with drones is a plus)
• Proactive, curious, and open attitude
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, “get-it-done” startup environment
• Strong motivation to make an impact in Ukraine
• Willingness to travel within Ukraine
