Our client is a blockchain protocol / DeFi startup focused on providing fixed-rate lending, stablecoin issuance, and integrating real-world assets to bring more structured finance tools into the decentralized space.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development with React / Next.js and TypeScript.
• Proven track record working on DeFi projects (lending, staking, vaults, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of wagmi and ethers.js/viem.
• Hands-on experience creating and integrating subgraphs (The Graph protocol).
• Experience with code refactoring in large-scale applications.
• Solid understanding of smart contract interactions from the frontend side.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver under tight deadlines.

Nice to have:

• Experience with other DeFi protocols (Aave, Compound, etc.).
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright).
• Contributions to open-source Web3 projects.

Responsibilities:

• Refactor and optimize the current frontend codebase for scalability and maintainability.
• Implement new features related to Morpho vaults and lending functionality.
• Integrate Web3 libraries (wagmi, ethers.js/viem) into the frontend.
• Work with The Graph (subgraph) for efficient data querying and indexing.
• Collaborate with the backend and product team to deliver high-quality features fast.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
