Corporate Portal for the Insurance Domain – a centralized platform designed to manage policies, process claims, handle billing, generate reports, and enable seamless communication between insurers, agents, and customers. This product is built to be comprehensive, secure, and user-friendly, with the goal of streamlining operations, enhancing customer experience, and significantly improving efficiency for insurance companies.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage comprehensive test plans, ensuring the quality and functionality of the platfom.
• Work closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and ensure the product meets all specifications.
• Track, document, and communicate defects or issues found during testing, ensuring proper resolution in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure continuous testing within the CI/CD pipeline for faster release cycles and higher-quality products.
• Conduct performance testing for APIs, including load, stress, and scalability testing to validate the robustness and performance under varying conditions.
• Validate that the APIs integrate properly with other internal and third-party services and systems, ensuring correct data flow and communication between components.
• Propose and implement improvements to testing strategies, tools, and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure all test cases, procedures, and results are well-documented for transparency and future reference.
• Ensure the product complies with industry standards, regulations, and internal quality guidelines.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of manual testing experience, with a focus on web applications.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Practical experience with API testing tools like Postman.
• Proficiency in using JIRA, Confluence, and TestRail (or similar tools).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying potential issues.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work effectively in a team, demonstrating strong collaboration skills.
