We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for crafting intuitive experiences across complex, enterprise-level workflows. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of the design process — from concept to delivery — and collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and QA to shape clean, scalable, and user-focused interfaces.

Experience / Skills required:

• 6+ years of experience in product design, preferably with a focus on complex workflows or enterprise applications
• Previous experience as a Front-end developer, or CS degrees
• Experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript( any framework like React, Angular, Vue, jQuery, etc.) and tools like Framer, Webflow
• Strong ability to lead end-to-end design processes – from discovery and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and delivery
• Proficiency in creating clean, intuitive, and scalable user interfaces that align with product goals
• To be familiar with web analytics, data governance, and privacy compliance standards
• To have experience designing complex, data-heavy web applications (e.g., enterprise tools, SaaS platforms, dashboards, CRMs, ERP systems)
• Deep hands-on experience with Figma and modern design systems (e.g., Radix UI or similar component libraries)
• To be familiar with web analytics, data governance, and privacy compliance standards
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end product design across complex workflows and enterprise user journeys
• Translate product requirements into intuitive, clean, and scalable interfaces
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and QA to deliver production-ready design assets
• Design and maintain advanced design systems in Figma (Radix UI or similar)
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and usability testing to validate concepts and iterate quickly
• Present design concepts clearly and confidently to internal and external teams
