What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, working with the different size of client companies (start-ups, ISV, Enterptises)
• Work experience as a Lead Business Analyst
• AI Integration: Hands-on experience participating in AI-driven projects
• Requirements Gathering: Skilled in conducting stakeholder interviews, workshops, and translating business needs into clear, actionable documentation (user stories, BRDs, process flows).
• Process Analysis: Expertise in process modeling using BPMN; capable of conducting AS-IS and TO-BE analysis, root cause analysis, and gap assessments.

Your Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the presales teams to engage prospective clients acting as a primary point to understanf bunesiness needs and be a trusted advisor
• Lead the Business Analysis team
• Provide BA expertise for creation proposals, SOWs, implementation roadmaps and accurate cost/effort estimations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business processes, requirements, and opportunities, especially on presales
• Lead workshops to define TO-BE processes and identify problem areas using BPM tools or RPA platforms
• Translate complex business needs into structured process flows, requirement specifications, and backlog items
• Act as a key liaison between business users and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Work closely with solution architects and developers to validate designs, ensure functional alignment, and support solution delivery
• Support the testing and rollout of the solutions, ensuring business goals are met
