The team prototypes and develops innovative systems with AI and Machine Learning. At the moment, there are more than 10 Production systems in the areas of Emails, Payments, Customer Service, and Analytics. Some of them have proven quality at the level of global market leaders.

You will be involved into:

• Perform research on Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions
• Develop new AI solutions and participate in the architecture definition
• Support and upgrade current AI solutions used in Production
• Analyze data, design data collection, and assess the quality of the AI services

Your expertise:

• High personal interest and self-development in AI
• Experience with AI agents in Production
• Experience with Data Science activities

Will definitely be a plus:

• Lead personal pet AI projects or participate in AI startups
• High interest and experience in Quantitative Analysis
• High interest and experience in Finance and Economics
• Experience with advanced multi-agent systems
• Experience with Generative AI – complex prompt engineering, RAG, LLM finetuning
• Experience in evaluating the quality of Generative AI and Agentic AI services
• Experience with documenting solution architecture and experiment reports
• Experience with Research & Development projects or scientific research
