Over 29,000 corrections professionals use the product in 345 secure facilities and community corrections offices.
On this project you have a chance to work on the comprehensive offender management solutions development.
Our client seeks to improve operational efficiency and offender outcomes and help offenders reenter the community with the best possible chances.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in planning, estimation, design, development, and implementation of product initiatives of any size and complexity.
• Design technical solutions, write high-quality code, perform unit testing, and develop documentation.
• Take initiative in researching, proposing, and developing tools, technologies, and techniques.
• Support resolution of production issues, including conducting root-cause analysis and diagnosis.
• Contribute to development and documentation of standards, guidelines, and methodologies for product design and development.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback when necessary.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Actively participate in Scrum teams and Agile processes.

Job Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in developing web applications with clean, well-structured, and maintainable code (.NET 4.5 and up, ASP.NET 4.5 and up);
• Strong SQL development skills (MS SQL Server 2019);
• Solid experience in developing Web APIs (REST/SOAP) and Windows Services (.NET 4.5 and up);
• Understanding of enterprise project issues, knowledge of multi-tier architecture, and ability to apply sound architecture and design principles;
• Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, XHTML, and CSS;
• Experience working in an Agile environment;
• Proficiency with collaborative source code control systems (Azure DevOps, GIT);
• Experience with unit testing;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to work in a self-directed dynamic environment and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills;
• Excellent debugging skills and the ability to isolate issues effectively;
• English level – at least upper-intermediate.
