Nestlé Business Services Lviv team is looking for those who are ready to take on the challenge and become a part of Business Process Automation Team.

You are:

Experienced and knowledgeable professional who possesses strong leadership skills, exceptional technical expertise in ServiceNow and JavaScript, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully leading and mentoring teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with ServiceNow platform, including implementation, customization, and administration delegated development experience.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with JavaScript programming, knowledge of HTML and CSS, experience with frameworks and libraries like React or Angular, understanding of asynchronous programming.
• Technical vision of the product forms and flows automation and/or robotic process automation (RPA) including but not limited to WebForms, BluePrism, UiPAth, Automation Anywhere, and provides the leadership, facilitation, analysis and design tasks required by a product or an integrated chain of products.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team developers and administrators, providing guidance and support in project execution and technical problem-solving.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), ServiceNow workflows, UI policies, and client scripts.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex technical issues, propose effective solutions, and troubleshoot ServiceNow platform-related problems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.
• Experience in managing ServiceNow projects, including requirements gathering, project planning, resource allocation, and timely delivery.
• Proactive in staying updated with the latest ServiceNow releases, features, and industry best practices.

What will be good:

• ServiceNow Certifications: Certified Application Developer, Certified System Administrator.
• ITIL v4 Certifications.
