Are you passionate about Website Services and Digital? Nestlé Business Services Lviv team is looking for those who are ready to take on the challenge and become a part of Integrated Marketing Services department (Website Services Team).

With you we will:

• Ensure consistent and high-quality delivery of website services including web content editing, website development, technical SEO, optimization, etc.;
• Organize teamwork, provide support to your subordinates, ensure the delivery of high-quality services to satisfy our partners;
• Drive service evolution and develop expertise;
• Maximize team productivity by improving ways of working and processes;
• Collaborate with business partners in the market, business;
• Create service proposals and change requests to the business partners to capture scope expansion;
• Promote the best practices of Nestle in coaching and mentoring own subordinates in order develop their functional and leadership capabilities and prepare talents for the future career steps;
• Align objectives for subordinates with Operational Master Plan and Stream/Department Strategy. Control/feedback/recognition of objective achievement.

You are:

• A professional with 2+ years of work experience on leading position;
• Fundamental understanding of website development activities;
• Skilled in stakeholder management;
• Change agile and a quick learner;
• An experienced professional in analytics, communication, negotiation and time management;
• Able to deal with stressful situations and short deadlines;
• Experienced in working with Content Management Systems (CMS, e.g. Drupal, Magento), website QA, digital marketing campaigns will be a plus.
