We are building a cutting-edge Data Science team in our bank, focusing on integrating Data Science/Machine learning technologies into Bank’s services.

Required skills:
- 3+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer.
- Strong experience with Ansible and Terraform.
- 1+ years of experience with AWS (including maintenance of RDS).
- 1+ years of experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- 1+ years of experience with RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, ELK, Redis, and nginx.
- Strong knowledge of Linux (especially CentOS), OSI model, load balancing, clusterization, virtualization, and VMware.
- Experience in building CI/CD processes (experience with Git & Jenkins).

Scope of work:
- Creating and maintaining high-load platform;
- Implementing, configuration and deployment using Ansible;

- Experience in formalizing software requirements and task assignment for developers.

The goal of platform we build is to create an automated end-to-end solution to facilitate Exam Management Cycles for the Regulatory Authorities and assessment activities across the three lines of defence.
This application is used to automate Document and Data retrieval. It also provides ability to view documents that are auto retrieved as well as to request documents through automatic generation of email requests.
This solution will allow to have one workspace to work for both roles as Maker and Checker, auto retrieve of documents and data, and build automatic storage of all documents collected for an Exam/Cycle into the document storage.
The system is targeting to shorten the timeline for source document and data collection, automates documents and structured data collection, reduce manual work and overall time spent on examination management activities.
The platform is used by external users, it is mission critical as part client experience upgrade roadmap.
Due to project growth, currently we are looking for proficient Business Analyst.
This position assumes wide range of BA activities starting from the working with high level requirements from customer and ending up with discussing and documenting the implementation solution with the tech team.
Responsibilities
- Direct communication with Business stakeholders and technical partners on a day-to-day basis
- Requirements elicitation from the stakeholders
- Requirements analysis, including business analysis, functional analysis, integration/API analysis, impact analysis
- Requirements documentation in Word/Confluence in the format of User Stories, Use Cases, Business Rules, Specification by Example, diagrams, etc.
- Requirements approval with relevant stakeholders, running demo, requirements change management process
- Proactively drive analysis of assigned tasks at all levels, i.e. organize calls with Business, and Dev teams, facilitate the discussion, document and distribute MOMs
- Participate in backlog review and management, create tasks in Jira, estimate and plan the analysis efforts
- Be a part of the BA team, share knowledge, and contribute to the analysis process improvements

Must have skills
- At least 5+ years of proven experience in a BA/FA position (after university)
- Analytical mindset
- Experience with large enterprise Customers with international stakeholders (USA, UK) is a must, and experience with the Banking/Financial domain is a plus
- Handson experience with tools: Confluence, Jira, mockups prototyping (Axure, Figma, Balsamiq, or similar), tools for diagrams (Visio, DrawIO, Gliffy, Enterprise Architect, etc.), Excel (minimum middle level). Nice to have: Postman, Swagger.
- Experience with some of technologies: Kafka, REST API, SOAP, JSON, XML, Data Base tools (MongoDB, MS SQL, Oracle SQL).
- Experience in Integration between two or more applications (must have)
- Experience conducting a demo or presentation to an audience of 5-30 people
- Experience with UML diagrams (required), BPMN (nice to have)
- Extensive experience in documenting requirements in the format of Use Cases or User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Business Rules. Experience in writing BRD/FRD/Technical specifications is a big plus
- Advanced level in reading and writing English (C1)
