Responsibilities:

SE Ranking, an all-in-one SEO and digital marketing platform, is seeking a Product Manager to build a business around our API offering. We are looking for a person that knows how to go from 0 to 1 and enable our Sales and Marketing teams to grow TOFU and close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- As our API Product Manager you will work on the entire revenue funnel for the API product: from acquisition, to activation, to sales enablement, to onboarding and retention.
- Reporting to Director of Product Mike Korenugin, you will work closely with our API team that is currently being assembled. Your Design partner in crime to create stunning solutions will be our Head of Design Vadym Dziuman.
Initial Focus Areas:
- Research the market and target audience: partner with Product Marketing to find a niche we can be competitive in, define the Ideal Customer Profile, and decide on MVP packaging. We already have successful API customers and you will find out who they are and how we can find more customers like them.
- Build a roadmap: decide what’s needed for us to start selling an API product at scale, work with your partners in Analytics, Design, and Engineering to pick the first targets and decide what product changes would drive the most growth.
- Prepare a GTM plan: collaborate with Marketing and Sales to enable our go to market motion and plan for acquisition strategy together.
Long-Term Responsibilities:
- Grow to grow TOFU & Sales pipeline:

- Build & support API-specific onboarding: SE Ranking already has some API documentation, but it’s far from perfect and the in-app experience doesn’t necessarily help customers discover and integrate our API solution. Your goal would be to create an onboarding that enables customers to discover value they are looking for.
- Expand API product offering: continue to study the market, customer & prospect feedback to suggest how we can improve win rates, activation & retention of API users.
