  • Experience of daily work on Scrum methodology – daily calls, weekly work planning;
  • Independently develop applications in an agile team;
  • Teamlead who supervises the work, gives feedback and clarification of difficult things;
  • Writing a project as a team;
  • Communication will be online;
  • Analyze and test your approaches which will help you deliver the goal;
  • Job offer: several interns receive an offer from the company.

Selection​:

  • Selection of 2 interns​;
  • Test Task;
  • HR interview + English language proficiency test:
    • Interview call 1;
    • Interview call 2.

Internship:

  • Introductory lecture:
    • Learning about the company;
    • Organizational issues;
  • Morning daily calls with the Project Manager;
  • Weekly calls for work planning;
  • Process improvements;
  • Weekly Reporting and KPI;
  • Regular demonstration of the results of the work to the mentor;
  • Backlog task preparation;
  • Work with QA.

  • Test Task. An additional stage is possible – a questionnaire for checking technical knowledge.

  • Weekly calls for work planning;
  • Independent solution to unfamiliar technical problems;
  • Writing code;
  • Code review;
  • Viewing courses to improve technical skills;

Для участі у відборі необхідно виконати тестове завдання і заповнити заявку на сайті програми.

Вимоги:

  • Наявність сертифікату про закінчення курсів напрямку QA.
  • Загальне знання та розуміння підходів, методів та методологій тестування, життєвого циклу розробки тощо.
  • Англійська на рівні Intermediate (B1).
