You’ll work alongside diverse teams, contributing to initiatives where your decisions shape performance, security, and scalability from the ground up.

Requirements

Experience Level
- 5+ years of experience (Senior level; Middle-to-Senior possible with negotiation)
Infrastructure Management
- Hands-on experience with both cloud and on-premise setups
- Scalable solutions for 50k–400k sessions (AWS & on-prem with virtualization/Kubernetes)
- Infrastructure design, scaling, performance optimization, load balancing, DB replication
Cloud & On-Prem Platforms
- AWS (EC2, ECS, EKS, RDS, Route53, ELB, SNS, Lambda, SQS), DigitalOcean, MS Azure (nice to have)
- On-premise/bare metal, VPS/VDS Linux solutions, ProxMox
Tools & Technologies
- Virtualization & Containers: Docker, Kubernetes, ProxMox
- CI/CD & IaC: Git, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, Helm
OS & Networking
- Operating systems: Linux, Windows, macOS
- Networking: TCP/IP, ISO/OSI model, VPNs, proxying, firewall configs, network security basics
Security & Monitoring
- Security: update/backup policies, key management, firewall setup
- Monitoring: Grafana, Prometheus, Zabbix, Elastic Stack
Databases & Web Servers
- Databases: MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Apache Solr
- Web servers/proxies: Apache, Nginx, Gunicorn, Traefik, Caddy, Squid, HAProxy, IIS (nice to have)
Languages & Scripting
- PHP 7.x–8.x, Python 3.x, Shell/Bash
English level – B1+

Responsibilities:

Infrastructure planning and design
Implementation of cloud and on-premises infrastructure
Technical support for existing infrastructure
Consulting other team members, estimating projects in the pre-sales phase
Validate estimates from other team members.
