Expectations

Because we are working on new tools that leverage AI, we need someone who is resourceful, eager to learn, a creative problem solver, and has strong collaborative skills. We're looking for someone who can:

• Design and execute the development of innovative features and functionalities across various web, in-memory, and cloud technologies, ensuring that they are secure and compliant according to latest standards and best practices.
• Adhere to project timelines and task commitments, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Engage in agile development methodologies to foster efficient collaboration and iterative development cycles.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, actively contributing to team successes through task ownership and proactive participation.
• Demonstrate adeptness in resolving technical challenges amidst time constraints and high-pressure scenarios.
• Enhance user experiences by crafting intuitive and user-centric interfaces, prioritizing accessibility, and interactivity, while maintaining enterprise-level standards in backend services.
• Develop and manage both frontend and backend services to ensure seamless operation.
• Craft well-structured code that emphasizes readability and maintainability.

Role Requirements

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• 3+ years of work experience.
• Experience in Web technologies development (CSS, HTML, JavaScript, TypeScript, ).
• Experience in UI frameworks. (React, Vue, UI5)
• Experience with micro-services architecture and infrastructure technologies, e.g. DBs, Networking, Redis etc.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Enthusiastic about quickly acquiring proficiency in new technologies.
• Fluent in English, with effective communication skills.
• Results-oriented mindset coupled with exceptional execution capabilities.

The following qualifications would be an asset

• Knowledge and experience in Git.
• Experience with container orchestration.
• Experience with tools like piper and hyperspace.
• Experience with tools like Elasticsearch and Kibana.
• Experience with architectures that use RAG models.
• Experience working with machine learning and large language models.
• Experience with SAP BTP and SAP Hana Cloud.
