Hey there! We’re looking for an HR Leader to join our team and build something amazing together with us.

Requirements

3+ years in senior HR roles (business partnership, operations, employer branding).
Experience leading teams & projects – from brainstorming to execution.
Strong leadership & communication skills – you’ll work with everyone.
Budgeting experience – planning, tracking, and reporting.
Knowledge of HR processes & labor law in Ukraine.
Upper-intermediate English – for interviews, onboarding, and performance reviews.

Responsibilities

Lead and support the HR team (HRBP & Office Manager).
Own recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews – the processes are in place, but we need your magic to make them even better.
Drive hiring - we need top talent, and you’ll make sure we get them!
Plan and manage budgets for HR projects and yearly needs.
Work closely with leadership to build and launch impactful HR initiatives.
Keep us compliant with labor laws (because nobody likes legal trouble).
