Position Overview:

As a Senior DevOps Engineer at TrustMi, you will play a key role in building and maintaining the secure, scalable infrastructure that powers our real-time payment protection platform. Your expertise in cloud services, CI/CD, containerization, and infrastructure automation will ensure that our systems are always reliable, secure, and efficient.
You’ll collaborate closely with engineering teams to automate processes, optimize deployments, and strengthen our infrastructure security, directly contributing to TrustMi’s mission of protecting B2B payments worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain production-grade Kubernetes clusters and CI/CD pipelines.
• Deploy and manage AWS-based infrastructure, using IaC tools like Terraform or CrossPlane.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability with Prometheus, ELK, and Grafana Stack.
• Manage containers, networking, API gateways, and infrastructure security (VPN, AD, networking).
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize, automate, and scale infrastructure.

Requirements:

• A genuine passion for technology, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently under pressure.
• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• 2+ years of experience in software development (preferably in Python/Go).
• Experience with CI/CD tools and methodologies such as GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.
• Experience designing and implementing production-grade Kubernetes clusters and deploying Helm charts.
• Experience working with the AWS cloud provider; Azure, Google Cloud – Advantage.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform/CrossPlane.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, or observability stacks such as Prometheus, ELK, and Grafana Stack (Loki, Grafana).
• Proven skill set in Linux OS, Docker, Networking, Load Balancing, API Gateway (Kong, APISix).
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with security-related aspects of infrastructure (VPN, Active Directory, Networking administration).
• Experience working with DBs such as MongoDB, MySQL, and ArangoDB.
