About client

It is a fast-growing team building cutting-edge Web3 governance infrastructure. This platform empowers decentralized communities (DAOs) to coordinate proposals, voting, delegation, and resource allocation at scale – all without complex custom smart contracts.
The company collaborates with some of the most influential Web3 protocols, helping them streamline decision-making, increase participation, and strengthen community ownership. Drawing on this experience, the team is developing its own governance protocol to bring proven, secure, and user-friendly tools to an even wider audience.

Requirements:

• Understanding of Ethereum’s architecture and familiarity with L2 solutions;
• Ability to read Solidity code;
• Strong computer science fundamentals, particularly in building scalable and maintainable systems;
• A track record of delivering learning while delivering high-quality, maintainable code that facilitates collaboration within a codebase;
• You want to start committing code on day one;
• High level of English.

Nice to have

• Experience working on open-source projects;
• Expertise in designing for crypto applications;
• Knowledge of the Governance Ecosystem in Crypto (Eg. ERC20Votes);
• Experience working with EVM Indexers;
• Demonstrated ability to improve infrastructure through;
• Building design systems;
• Making it easier for others to contribute effectively.

Responsibilities:

• You will work on building out the next generation of governance applications, focusing on the product, scaling it, and end user experience;
• You will work closely with our head of engineering, head of design, and head of product to build and own features end-to-end;
• Working on the front-end, having strong opinions on where the data should live in the backend, and giving yourself and the team leverage by writing automated tests and good docs.
