Key Responsibilities:

• Backend Development
  • Build and maintain robust backend functionality for the SaaS platform.
  • Develop and optimize server-side applications and services.
  • Design, implement, and test REST APIs to support platform scalability and functionality.
  • Write and maintain unit tests using frameworks like unittest and pytest.
• Technical Excellence
  • Deliver high-quality code with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices.
  • Optimize applications for cross-browser compatibility and web performance.
  • Collaborate on CI/CD pipeline implementation and version control using Git.
• Project Collaboration
  • Work within an Agile/Scrum framework to deliver iterative and impactful updates.
  • Contribute to project planning and management using project management tools.
  • Collaborate with a flexible and growing development team .
  • Participate in code quality and security reviews to maintain platform integrity.

Requirements:

• Technical Expertise
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Python backend development.
  • Proficient in the Django framework and development of RESTful services.
  • Familiarity with Temporal is a plus.
  • Strong unit testing experience with unittest and pytest.
  • Hands-on experience with REST API design and integration.
  • Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility and web performance optimization.
• Development Tools & Practices
  • Proficiency with Git for version control.
  • Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Comfortable participating in and conducting code reviews.
• Teamwork & Project Management
  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Skilled with project management tools and adaptable to team growth.
  • Strong collaborative and communication skills to contribute effectively to a dynamic team environment.
