Paymentwall is rapidly expanding and to support our growth we currently looking to recruit a Payments Team Project Manager. The purpose of this position is to manage the Payments Team Projects from conception of ideas to the delivery of products and services. As Project Manager, your main focus will be on bringing business deals to project closure, making sure all technical aspects of the project are running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • 360-degree management of projects from start to finish;
  • Co-ordinating several with key project stakeholders both internal and external;
  • Co-ordinate project requirements with Product Management, Operations, Legal and Risk department and other departments as necessary;
  • Creating technical specification for the projects and products;
  • Report on completed actions, achievements & productivity of projects;
  • Quality management of the project and its deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Education: at least obtained a bachelor degree, preferably in an IT related field;
  • 2+ years experience in an IT Management role;
  • Excellent at clear communication;
  • Ability to handle many projects running simultaneously;
  • Strong SQL knowledge is a big plus;
  • Experience in Payment projects is a big plus;
  • Experience with different APIs;
  • Experience in the creation of tech specifications for the development team;
  • Excellent English language skills both verbal and written.

As a Business Development Representative, you'll be instrumental in driving our growth initiatives forward. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, forging strategic partnerships, and driving revenue generation.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and develop new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients and generating new leads;
  • Own your sales pipeline from lead generation, preparing decks, proposals, and service agreements, working with project managers up to the handover of the new merchant to the account management team;
  • Maintain accurate activity and lead qualification information in the company’s CRM system;
  • Represent FasterPay and related services and products at industry events and trade shows shadowing the sales team to broaden your knowledge about our product and industry while gaining new business leads and contacts.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree;
  • At least six months of experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales, lead generation, or business development roles;
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; excellent in presenting and storytelling and can adapt to different audiences;
  • The flexibility to work in a start-up environment plus the capacity to adapt quickly as we scale;
  • Our customers are passionate about technology. To build the lasting relationships required to make a sale, you should be able to demonstrate a keen interest in the technology space;
  • Must have the drive to succeed and be self-motivated to achieve goals;
  • Availability to go on business trips.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience with website Content Management Systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
  • Our company has a global reach which requires this role to manage events in different cities around the world. Availability and ease of travel are required.
