Плюси:Мають працювати над помилками. Люди хороші, але про певні моменти в людській психології знають мало.
Мінуси:Дуже раджу пройти тренінг на тему взаємодії з цивільними під час війни.

Колись тімлід QA відділу цієї фірми належав (або все ще належить) до спільноти, яка врятувала життя багатьом. В тому числі ця спільнота дала багато і мені.
Ми майже не перетинались, але твої знайомі дали мені коло спілкування, що було моїм рятівним колом в довгі роки, перед якими я втратила практично всіх знайомих що не були моєю родиною. Дякую тобі за те, що був другом тих, хто якийсь час підтримував мене. Будь ласка, не втрачай їх як друзів і знайомих. Бережи себе. Бережи високий рівень моральних принципів, якому в цій спільноті старались вчити. Дякую тобі за все.
Також дякую за: прекрасний мк по кулінарії, турботу про співробітників, вірний вибір безпечного теплого місця з інтернетом. Проведення в тому числі і тих мк в яких я не брала участь. Вміння показати що в українській мові - в її місцевих говірках і словах, - є що цінувати. А також в чистій мові без англіцизмів. За випадковий, хоч і неправильний, активізм в мене в місті (я потім зробила аналогічний, але трохи інакший, в Полтаві, з поясненням того що я роблю оточуючим: про тих хто має епілепсію, про тих хто має діагноз "Множинний розлад", про тих хто належить до альтерхьюманіті). Дякую тобі за те що був турботливим і уважним до інших. Настільки, наскільки можливо. В ті моменти, коли ти був в офісі.
А про слабкі моменти з пошуком проекту я вже писала.
Плюси:Фірма має сильного тімліда MQA відділу, який дбає про львівських співробітників. Із ним ви завжди працюватимете в безпеці, і в вас завжди будуть струм, інтернет, всі необхідні технічні засоби.
