We are seeking a talented and experienced eCommerce Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and achieve successful project outcomes. Your experience in understanding and translating business needs into technical solutions will contribute to delivering innovative services to our clients.

Your Knowledge and Skills:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the eCommerce domain;
• Experience in business discovery;
• Experience in writing requirements specifications;
• Experience in pre-sale activities and project scoping would be a big plus;
• Practical experience in applying of key business analysis techniques (documenting use-cases, user stories, root cause analysis, prototyping, prioritization, functional decomposition, etc.);
• At least Upper-intermediate level of English (both written and verbal);
• Excellent soft skills (communication, presentation, negotiation, conflict resolution, etc.).

What You Will Do:

• Analyze complex web development project implementations, with the focus on business flows (integration with back-end systems, financial and operational workflows, order fulfillment, etc.).
• Create project documentation, such as BRDs, specifications, user stories, functional and workflow diagrams.
• Participate in pre-sales activities and project estimations.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders and 3rd parties, such as other agencies, vendors and service providers to define customers’ needs and understand the problems customers want to solve.
• Negotiate technical requirements between project stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and proactively suggest solutions.
• Propose recommendations based on industry best practices.
