Responsibilities:

• Scope definition and requirements organization.
• Communication with the customer and the development team.
• Identification and analysis of business requirements.
• Creating and managing the requirements lifecycle.
• Creating and maintaining requirements and functional documentation.
• Making improvements to existing project documentation templates.
• Managing the scope of work, clarifying and verifying requirements with the development team.
• Participation in presentations of completed work to the customer.
• Participating in gathering and creation of requirements.
• Specifying requirements as User Stories & Tasks to guide new features development.
• Support team in requirements clarifications.
• Clarifying requirements, ensuring clarity and sufficiency of those.
• Close collaboration with external and internal stakeholders to validate and confirm requirements.
• Working with UI/UX designers.
• Providing the business decisions.
• Working on the pre-sale process.

Requirements:

• 1,5+ years of experience as a business analyst;
• Understanding the basics of software development methodology;
• High communication skills, ability to be a team player;
• Result orientation;
• Proactivity;
• Upper intermediate English, both verbal and written;
• Analytical skills and critical thinking to process information from different sources;
• Systems thinking and functional decomposition skills;
• Self-motivated and well-organized, able to set clear goals and priorities and execute them;
• Good theoretical and practical knowledge of BA methodologies and tools (functional/non-functional requirements, use cases, user stories);
• Experience in notating business process/workflow;
• Experience in writing documentation;
• Experience in Jira, Confluence.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in the pre-sale process.
