Requirements:

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a business analyst.
• English Language Proficiency: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
• Ability to Collaborate Effectively with Cross-Functional Teams.
• Experience with Business Process Modeling and Documentation Tools.
• Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies and Tools.
• Understanding of UI/UX and Web Application Principles. Experience in Teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.
• Monitor competitors and similar projects in the market.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
• Develop and document business process models to illustrate the current and future state.
• Formalize and manage requirements.
• Design technical and process solutions that align with business needs and goals.
• Collaborate with the development department and other departments to implement solutions and ensure they meet business goals.
• Communicate with developers, clients, and end-users.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.
• Participate in testing and validation of new systems and processes to ensure they meet business requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts. Participate in market research.
