About the role:

• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions.
• Work cross-functionally with product, design, content and development to create a clear unified technical design documentation and communication base for our product.
• Map existing technical processes; lead the definition of the technical processes to be.
• Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance during the SWD/QA/UAT phases.
• Meet with the project team regularly to review project priorities, deliverables and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and writing skills.
• Language: Your knowledge of the English language should be on the second language level at least.
• Expertise: You have proven experience creating, managing and maintaining product design and technical documentation. You master notation languages and appropriate tools, as well as CJM models and methods (UseCases & UserStories). You successfully maintained product and technical knowledge base.
• Quantitative skills: Ability to identify and track relevant KPIs. Experience measuring the impact of your work and presenting results to leadership.
